Shane Hernandez handled the sale of our house. He was always pleasant and maintained his composure quite well, even when things got extremely stressful. He kept his focus on the successful completion of the sale and didn't allow the distractions of overly zealous buyer's agents who brought unnecessary anxiety into the situation. Shane even helped us with our move, which we really appreciated! He even promised to help me build a patio at our new house, now that's what you call customer service!
