Took insurance money. Went to their office everything is closed,not answer phones, i went to my lawyer and he recommended file a criminal case at the court, Now they took the money and my roof is damaged, and my insurance is going up,im taking legal action and reporting to bbb because defrauding insurance is a federal matter, unaceptable

FURIOUS! We filed a claim with our insurance to replace our roof with the help of Kaizen back in Sept. 2021 (Jesse was our salesperson). We ended up needing to hire a public adjuster to assist because our insurance was difficult. THEY did a great job getting our settlement, however, Kaizen received the check for the settlement in December and we have yet to get a call to schedule. I am so frustrated at this point! I have been working with this company for over 6 months now and still no roof! I got approved for a new roof through my mortgage company and they dispersed one check so far and will disperse another one once they see 25 percent of the job done. However, Kaizen has my check and hasn’t started my roof and is not responding to any of my calls or emails. I spoke with my mortgage company and they are saying this is fraudulent! BEWARE OF KAIZEN — Insurance paid roof claim back in March/April 2022. Have been getting the runaround since. Called Yesica/Kaizen this morning and she said Kaizen is restructuring. So I said —Kaizen filed bankruptcy and what’s going to happen to my new roof? UPDATE JANUARY 24, 2023 — Still no date when my roof will get done. Now my insurance premium more doubled and I cannot get another insurance company to insure me because Kaizen has not done my roof. Kaizen is not answering or returning my calls
