I cannot thank Kaizen enough for helping me with my vehicle when no one else would even take a look at what they could do for me. I happen to drive a bit of a complex car and when something happens or needs to be looked at, many mechanics and repair shops are usually hesitant to touch it and sometimes I have to bring it to the dealer and even THEY at times give me a hard time. Friendly, professional and trustworthy
Kaizen failed to completely fix or triage my vehicle, failed to communicate, and misrepresented their capabilities (pickup and drop off at rental car, fixing a Tesla, and coordinating with Tesla). I accepted my car on 5/22 and I didn’t receive my car until 6/4. During this time, they fixed two eraser-head-sized scratches, but did not communicate updates nor address the mechanical issue.
