We had an excellent experience at Kaizen Clinics, thanks to Dr. Esther Moses. She is an exceptional doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide the best possible care. We love this clinic and have seen most of the Drs on different occasions. We are a family of 4 with young children and find this clinic very suitable and helpful. Besides the quality Drs, the admin and nursing staff are super friendly and professional. We have been attending this clinic for over 3 years and even though we moved a bit further away, we still choose to continue accessing their medical services. Highly recommend joining.
An outstanding experience. Dr. Ferweda didnt keep me waiting. He is highly skilled, and has a lovely disposition. The front desk Staff were also lovely, and this clinic bulk bills. I was highly impressed with my visit today.
First time visiting this clinic, overall good experience. Parking was easy. Receptionists were polite and helpful, and seemed to actually enjoy their job. Dr Ferweeda was very patient in listening to my issues and came up with good solution. Highly recommend.
I attended my appointment as a new patient with Dr. Moses. The clinic was great and had good availability of appointments and I didn't have to wait too long. Dr. Moses was very kind, took her time with me, provided thorough explanations (for women's health) and I am thrilled to have found someone that I trust and is so knowledgeable. Thank you Esther!
