Very nice clinic and staff reception were helpful, polite and welcoming even though I was (horrifyingly) a few minutes late. Dr Ferwerda was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel rushed and he gained my confidence very quickly. This is the kind of clinic and experience which utterly shatters the myth that clinics and Dr’s who bulk bill are somehow less good than those who charge. You just have to pick the great ones. It is my first time to get pregnant here in Australia, so I am happy that Dr. Esther Moses is the one whom I made a consult with. She is very knowledgeable and explained really well what I need to expect, especially the future ultrasounds that I need to do. I highly recommend this GP clinic. The recepcionist is also accommodating and the area has a peaceful ambience.
Was seen quickly, excellent doctor who listened to my concern and lined up the appropriate testing. The follow up appointment was just as good. Excellent clinic, will happily use for any non-specialist needs.
I attended my appointment as a new patient with Dr. Moses. The clinic was great and had good availability of appointments and I didn't have to wait too long. Dr. Moses was very kind, took her time with me, provided thorough explanations (for women's health) and I am thrilled to have found someone that I trust and is so knowledgeable. Thank you Esther!
It was great to be able to get an appointment in the Kaizen clinic when I needed it. The doctor was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait. The reception is nice and open space with large windows. I didn't have to worry about being in a crowded place with other sick people. Bulk billing was a bonus. Highly recommended.
