We had an excellent experience at Kaizen Clinics, thanks to Dr. Esther Moses. She is an exceptional doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide the best possible care. I’m in my mid 30s and only within the last number of years have found someone that I’m happy to have as my regular doctor. Dr. Esther Moses is super knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. She is passionate and takes the time to explain things carefully. The nurses and admin people at the clinic are also lovely as well as the other GPs I’ve seen when Esther isn’t available. Kaizen Clinic is certainly not the closest to me but worth the travel.
We love this clinic and have seen most of the Drs on different occasions. We are a family of 4 with young children and find this clinic very suitable and helpful. Besides the quality Drs, the admin and nursing staff are super friendly and professional. We have been attending this clinic for over 3 years and even though we moved a bit further away, we still choose to continue accessing their medical services. Highly recommend joining.
An outstanding experience. Dr. Ferweda didnt keep me waiting. He is highly skilled, and has a lovely disposition. The front desk Staff were also lovely, and this clinic bulk bills. I was highly impressed with my visit today.
Wonderful experience. Easy booking process. Same day appointment. The doc saw me within 15min of my appointment. Got the referral as well.
