It was great to be able to get an appointment in the Kaizen clinic when I needed it. The doctor was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait. The reception is nice and open space with large windows. I didn't have to worry about being in a crowded place with other sick people. Bulk billing was a bonus. Highly recommended.
Dr Moses is great, I always feel listened to and taken care of. I really appreciate their bulk billing, it's a great service and very accessible. The reception staff are all great too. Highly recommend
I recently took my 2 kids to get vaccinations here and the nurse was wonderful - very patient and understanding that my kids were very nervous about this. I find Kaizen Clinic and the doctors I've seen in South Oakleigh, to be really good, and i can easily get in to see a doctor .
I've been going to this clinic now for the last 6 months. The practice is clean and spacious and the receptionists are friendly and welcoming. I see Dr Esther Moses who I cant stop raving about . She is so personable and knowledgeable and has helped my family so much and I have full trust in her . Thank you !
Dr Choon (Luke) Wee is unfortunately one of the least professional GPs that I have had the misfortune to come across. I attended the clinic Wednesday 1:30pm, where I saw Dr Wee for a consultation. Despite him stating that he would provide me with a sick leave certificate during the consult, he failed to do so. I called the clinic three separate times to have this resolved, and each time having promised that a copy would be emailed to me, none was provided.
