The service used to be good, but lately it’s been terrible. The receptionists are very rude—especially the one with the crooked teeth— also Ana Maria (the NP) is very rude. Dr. Lizardo used to be very professional and responsible but lately—aside from the fact that they never want to schedule appointments with him—he has become very rude and condescending toward patients. It’s definitely time to find another doctor; you can really tell that the staff at that clinic are fed up and just want to go home.
Busy signal all lunch time. When you get through get out on hold for 20 minutes then disconnect
Amazing clinic with an outstanding team. The front desk staff is both friendly and efficient. The team is well trained in triaging patients, which helps keep wait times low. The providers are excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Highly recommend.
