Great experience at Kaizen. Go for lymphatic massages and always feel lighter/less swollen after and of all the lymphatic massages I’ve been to this one actually feels like a massage, not just tapping on you. She does a great deep tissue massage too! Definitely recommend!

Sanae is a friendly, caring person who I immediately felt comfortable with. Her space is clean and serene and it is so easy to make appointments thru her website. She was recommended to me post procedure by a physician. In addition to the great lymphatic massage, she has given me lots of information on how to do self massage at home to insure the best results going forward.
