Used to go to my local Dodge dealership and get amazing work and service. I last went there after Kaizen group bought them... never again. Completely different and dishonest experience now. Even my regular service advisor was like dealing with an entirely different person. The only thing I'm aware of that changed was the ownership. It seems other reviews of Kaizen group seem to be similar.
Buyer be aware, do not expect any service when things happened.
