Everyone there from the nurses to Kaitlyn to the lab were all wonderful . Dr. Knapp even came looking for me . I just love her and Kaitlyn.
Although Kaitlyn & I had only interacted online, we had never met. Kaitlyn mentioned this & said it was nice to meet me. This told me Kaitlyn cares for her patients! She asked many questions to better understand what was going on with me. She told me what she was thinking & we created a plan & follow-up. She is another medical professional who makes PHC the medical team to have.
Kaitlyn is caring, supportive and compassionate. She is the best!
She listened intently, talked through a couple different scenarios of different things that could be happening with me and sent me out immediately for different tests that will find some answers
