Hands down the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Kaitlyn is so helpful and knowledgeable. Goes the extra mile. Best communication skills. I can’t remember how I found her or how we got connected but I’m thankful.

We used Kaitlyn when relocating, she was friendly, she did find us a home in a timely manner but due to her recommended “home inspector” and lack of putting things in the contract have cost us greatly. When reaching out to her with these problems she wasn’t concerned. 6 months in we had to purchase a lawn mower, a stove due to her not having things in writing. We had water leaking from the light fixtures, are having to replace our roof, water damaged ceiling the owners tried to cover up and these are just the major issues. F... read more
