We used Kaitlyn when relocating, she was friendly, she did find us a home in a timely manner but due to her recommended “home inspector” and lack of putting things in the contract have cost us greatly. When reaching out to her with these problems she wasn’t concerned. 6 months in we had to purchase a lawn mower, a stove due to her not having things in writing. We had water leaking from the light fixtures, are having to replace our roof, water damaged ceiling the owners tried to cover up and these are just the major issues. F... read more

Kaitlyn has been a great person to work with! Helped my wife and I purchase our very first house together. She has been here with us from the beginning and all the way to the end. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is very professional and knowledgeable when it came to questions and things regarding the house, buying, closing etc!
