I had scheduled a new patient appt 3 months ahead of seeing this doctor. I arrived to the appt and there was no parking. I got up to the building and checked in 9 mins late. Even though I previously did e-check in. The front desk receptionist let me know the doctor has a 10 min late period and will not see me. I couldn’t believe it.
