I have been coming with my mom and dad to WakeMed for 3 years, and every 6 months I see the best FNP, Kaitlin Boos, who provides excellent care. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Tailled J, makes it extremely difficult to schedule something as simple as a yearly physical exam.
