I’m writing this review to express my deep concern about the level of care provided by Nurse Kaitlin Asanoff at the MinuteClinic. After my recent experience, I genuinely believe she should be reconsidered for her position. First and foremost, Nurse Asanoff arrived late to her shift, causing an unnecessary and frustrating delay for all the patients waiting to be seen. It was my fist time going to a CVS Minute Clinic this one was at 10701 International Dr in Orlando on 1/30/2024 for a sinus infection. When I arrived I was unfortunately late due to traffic. I tried to look up my appt on the kiosk which I had made at another CVS Minute Clinic kiosk but that location was booked out. I could not find my appt and there was no one at the desk to ask.
