I had the opportunity to speak with ***** today. She took the time over the phone to guide me through a quick system check and came to the conclusion that my problem is with the utility company. I just want to thank her for helping me. I appreciate her honesty. Although Kaitanna did not install my solar system, they will be the first and only call I make for service.

Kaitanna Solar company Was my wife and I choice to go with. **** and **** went above and beyond our expectations with the whole process Of explaining the differences of solar panels with other companies and with the installation. It's been over a year now and the electric bill has went down dramatically. Not to mention this is a family owned local business. Thank you again **** and ****. /****** and ****************

I cant say enough good things about this company. The entire process was smooth and thorough. Starting with the initial consultation, all the way through the install, we were informed and confident during the whole process. Anytime we had any questions whatsoever they were answered honestly and quickly. When you think about hiring a service company, what else is there?? True Professionals!

Kaitanna Solar was awesome to deal with. They installed the exact panels I requested, and beat the prices of all the competition. Rich and Jenn are both extremely knowledgeable and were always ready to help with any questions. The installation and setup were smooth and my panels generate enough energy that my electric is completely free. I am the most satisfied customer on the planet, and I would recommend Kaitanna to anyone who is thinking about installing solar.

Kaitanna staff are neat clean, professional and knowledgeable. Pricing fair and competitive. Very helpful through the process and there when needed after the job is completed. Very customer service oriented. Five Stars. would recommend them.

**** B I had a solar system installed in 2012, by another contractor who went out of business. Recently, I wanted to get a backup battery system by Enphase. Enphase provided me with the names of three qualified installers. I contracted with Kaitanna Solar because *************************** was the most professional contractor of the three. Kaitanna Solar did not do any solar system work for me but they were very helpful in helping me solve another solar problem with another company. Each time I contacted them they were courteous and kind. I will keep them in mind in the future should I need them.

Kaitanna Solar put on 50 panels on our house a few years ago. Rich, the owner, was there through the whole process. He was professional, local, personable, and always available for support. In fact, he has even come out a few times since the installation to help me through some questions and issues. I always mention Kaitanna Solar to anyone at all interested in solar panels and would highly recommend him to anyone considering installing solar.
