Today I had an appointment for Customised Facial with Kaitlin Mundy and no one showed. Very disappointing… The other lady who explained to me that they share the space tried to call, there was no response and she basically kicked me out. I even payed a babysitter so I can go and it’s unbelievable that no one even tried to contact me and to let me know… 🤦♀️
Had a wonderful facial with Kait! I was recommended by family & friends to check out the spa & it did not disappoint. Kait made me feel comfortable & relaxed. She also gave me some tips to help with my skin. My skin feels very clean and looks great. I will definitely be back soon!
Nice space and knowledgeable massage therapist - helped explain some of the things going on with my lower back strain. Great massage, would recommend
Went to see Kait last week for my first hydrodermabrasion treatment. I had a wonderful experience and Kait was fabulous. She did a great job at explaining everything to me and answering my (many) questions. She made me feel super comfortable for the entire session and my face felt amazing and so clean after. I will definitely be back for another session and would not hesitate to recommend this place! Very clean too!
I had the pleasure of sharing 2 hours as a new client at Kait's Rose Spa. The massage and facial were so terrific, I cannot wait to return. Kait is extremely knowledgable and passionate about her treatment services and I just cannot write enough GREAT things about her and the adorable shop perched across the entire second floor of a walk up in the historical Hudson Valley town of Peekskill.
