Absolutely wonderful. The Hive was beautiful and so clean. We were close to the beach, the lagoon, and had plenty of entertainment options. Highly recommend!
Our stay at Cottages at Romar was amazing. Cottage 17 was everything and more. The space was great! The access to the pool and beach was very convenient. Very nice Home! We will stay again. This is our second stay at Cottages at Romar.
Second Wind exceeded all expectations! This beautiful house had super clean furniture and state of the art amenities that made our vacation one for the record books. The easy access to the beach from the big beautiful covered patio made it so easy. Very highly recommend staying here and will definitely book here on our next Gulf Shores trip.
We secured a home with this company through vrbo. We canceled the reservation four days later. They charged us $124.00 fee, in addition to all other fee amounts disclosed. The $124.00 is nowhere in the contract, and it is not acknowledged anywhere else. We canceled the reservation because of the horrible customer service received in that short four day period. Predatory and deceptive.
They don't list on their VRBO property pages that the booking fee is NOT refundable. At 3% of the rental fee, this could set you back hundreds of dollars even in the "free cancellation" window. The VRBO screenshot below says you get a full refund, but does not mention this non-refundable booking fee. This is a very deceptive business practice. Beware! Just remember, a full refund doesn’t mean you get all of your money back, like the owner below says. I would steer clear of booking anything costly.
