I booked an appointment for a sleep study at home, but when I went there to pick up the device, I was told that there was no information set for me, despite having an appointment and receiving messages about it. There was no coordination and a lack of communication.
My experience was horrible and January 2023 a representative named GUIERMO. Rushed me in and like I was a dog. Never went over the results of my PRINTOUT. Never SHOWED me how to adjust the machine by myself. I felt like I was with a used car salesman.
