I will not recommend this company. They did decent job on roof which is not leaking after two years. However, they completely messed up rodent protection strips which is between roof and gutter. I discovered this after year when squirrels start running around in attic. I send numerous emails and phone calls, all I got was some cover up answers. They apparently didn't care about customer retention since it would be long time for me to replace the roof.
In all fairness Kaiser did a good job on my roof. The problem arose when after 17 months there was evidence of leaks in the roof. I called to have some one look at our roof and was informed that sorry but the workmanship is only good for 12 months. Just pay $150.00 and they would come out. I called twice to make sure that I had heard correctly. There is a difference between standing behind a warranty and hiding behind it
