Made me wait 45 minutes past the time of my appointment due to incompetent front desk staff. Would never recommend
Process for lab work is efficiently working
I was very nervous and Dr. Gee instantly made me feel better with both her manner, candor, and knowledge. She explained everything as she went and was careful to ensure I remained in control of my care.
Very efficient. I walked in, answered a few questions on an easily readable screen, took a ticket with a number. Sat down for maybe 5 mins, was called to go to a lab chair, the very polite lady hit my vein first attempt, wrapped up the injection location and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I had the result and confirmation from my doctor that evening. Excellent service with a smile.
