Extremely disappointed with Kaiser’s psychiatric services. They are severely understaffed and unable to properly support their clients. Their supposed 48-hour response policy is nonexistent—I sent a message, and it’s now day five with no reply. When I called and spoke to a staff member, I was completely gaslighted about my mental health concerns, and then they simply hung up on me.
