sooo bad, they have you hold for an hour, just to get transfered to another clueless person to hold for another hour, all in the end for them to tell you they cant do anything to help you. this place is a JOKE
Kaiser is the absolute worst Ins and medical facility if you’re seeking help. Famous saying— Kaisers a Great place to go if you’re WELL!!! They do not like to diagnose because it cost more to treat The worst experiences I’ve ever had have been at Kaiser. The Dr that I worked for supplied Kaiser Ins because her husband was a Dr at Kaiser so it was cheaper. We had it till she tried to use it for a back injury and was told it was all in her head.
