I waited on the phone for 40 minutes yesterday, finally pressed 1 as instructed and never heard back from them. Today I am on the line for 45 minutes now. I was told there's one person before me. They say my call is important to them,I don't think so. Unfortunately, I have to vote at least one star to be able to post this.
Awful service and staff. they never answer a call, the location was changed and because of that I got to my appointment with less than 15 minutes delay. They did not pick up my calls, they did not help and did not accommodate at all. Took me 20 minutes to find a parking spot, took me 40 minutes to find the correct CHANGED building and yet I was only less than 15 minutes late. That is how accommodating and helpful the staff are.
They never answer phone calls or call back when a voicemail is left. Super frustrating especially when trying to schedule an appointment
