The program is amazing. I was in total denial and the Kaiser team got me to go to group therapy. There I received actual tools and focus that helped me change my life. I can't believe how much it has helped me with my issues which caused me to drink. Each member of the staff was kind, very knowledgeable and very encouraging. My therapist gently pushed me to take it one day at a time. Thank you Kaiser for this program. I am about 134 days sober...
