I had an extremely frustrating experience with Kaiser Permanente in Woodland Hills. I drove over an hour to the X-ray/ultrasound center after being explicitly told over the phone that they accept STAT ultrasound walk-ins, only to arrive and be told they do not. This misinformation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress. The lack of coordination and basic competence from whoever is handling phone inquiries is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where urgency matters.
