I was treated so inappropriately here by the nurses, The nurses came and argued with me because the lab dropped my blood. Doctors were rude the entire time. The nurse that was working with me when it was time to transfer, fordged my signature on documents. When I seen that they fordged my signature the nurse was trying to have me sign in the RN Section. Alex, Alex the ultrasound specialist. Alex you deserve the absolute best. You are truly a love and such a wonderful person to have met and i hope every pregnant momma gets to have an experience in meeting you and getting to be treated by you. For hospitality 10/10. Caring 10/10. Treatment 10/10. Her understanding of being a mom, loss of pregnancy and risks of pregnancy but still being able to be herself in all that she does and what she accomplishes… she is truly a blessing and Kaiser is EXTREMELY lucky to have her.
