DR. Temple was great and most staff. We waited hours without any update or check in after checking in at 4:45 a.m. on a Saturday morning. My son was in severe pain so I pressed a button to call for staff help as we had been waiting on pain medication for a very long time. We were scolded about using the in-correct button to call for help by a woman nurse. The male nurse was very nice and assisted with administering medication promptly (thank you).
