This review is solely relating to the closure of the pharmacy some time ago. Closing this pharmacy I am sure has been extremely inconvenient to myself and many members. Give that Kaiser does not contract with out-of-network pharmacies, I now have a 20-minute commute to the Lacey location to pickup medication whereas it was just 8 minutes to the Olympia location. Enas in the lab was fantastic! Friendly, educated, and quick yet efficient
Dr Nhu Hang has been my PCP for several years, and she is without equal in her skill, professionalism, and insight. As a senior, I especially appreciate the genuine concern she shows, truly making me feel 'seen'. I also highly recommend Enas, a phlebotomist at W. Oly Kaiser. She executed a perfect blood draw on the first attempt, which never happens to me. Her friendliness was a bonus!
While KP might have a clumsy website, their people generally make up for it. I am lucky to have come across Dr Hang at the West Olympia office as my primary care. She was the first doctor who listened and discovered the parathyroid tumor I’d been living with for at least 30 years! Elevated calcium levels for years that went unchecked with other doctors. She has changed my life. I’m 62 and I finally feel SEEN by a physician.
Support staff are dismissive and disrespectful.
