Dr Goold is a thoughtful, knowledgeable and a listener. He takes time as needed and is an excellent physician.
Maybe more expensive but well worth a few dollars for really quality medical care I mean, you only get one body. Let them take care of it. They do a good job. Just be proactive and use the online services for sure.
I feel so blessed to receive attention and care, my nurse was so gentle and knowledgeable, suggested all the things I needed and help me get them all done in same visit. My Dr. Is amazingly caring and he actually goes above and beyond to find alternatives for my condition. Highly recommend Kaiser as your healthcare provider!
This review is solely relating to the closure of the pharmacy some time ago. Closing this pharmacy I am sure has been extremely inconvenient to myself and many members. Give that Kaiser does not contract with out-of-network pharmacies, I now have a 20-minute commute to the Lacey location to pickup medication whereas it was just 8 minutes to the Olympia location. Not only that but Kaiser does not consistently update the status of fills. I have to call, wait, be put on hold just to ask if a medication is ready. I have shown up... read more
