If your ever so lucky to see Dr Keep in the west side ( if you can get in) he in my opinion is the best General Practice Dr there is. Kaiser is a great insurance provider.
Once they called me (during the survey I posted) everything went nice and smooth. The lab tech was very helpful and knowledgeable to direct me in the right direction on why I came to the clinic in the first place since there was no receptionist on duty
Great experience. DR Keep listened to my concerns and ordered lab work and prescription that I needed. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I was very happy to meet him and would see him again.
I was really disappointed with my visit to this clinic and even more disappointed with their management. I have been a Kasier patient since 2018 and I have never received poor care from any staff. I walked in a was cheerfully greeted by the person sitting at the front desk. I sat outside the lab and waited for my turn to be called back. I was called back and was told to sit in a chair that the patient before me was still using. Once I was seated, the phlebotomist went to the back to grab the supplies needed to draw my blood.... read more
