This place has no good customer service at at all my wife called and they act like they didn't even want to help her over the phone and that's crazy to me if you don't want your job then quit we are just the customer we didn't do anything to nobody in there yall facility need to teach there staff respect the next I call I will be recording it myself and when I come to the facility I will record how yall talk to ppl and also how you all treat ppl. Thank you
I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience today and Andreia Thompson at the front was very helpful with finding out some information in the lab for me. Great asset to the West Hyattsville center!
