Absolute horrible experience! I’m very blind and can barely see without my glasses and needed a new pair asap. They told me my glasses would take a maximum of two weeks to arrive which was already very long but they are claiming now it is going to take a lot longer. Called since it has been two weeks and an Indian lady who barely spoke English gave me a bunch of attitude for wanting to know when my glasses would arrive. Staff is so rude I have been a customer for years and they treat me like trash I have bad astigmatism and they didn't solve my vision problems at all they don't care about you only money
My grandmother and I were out running errands yesterday and thought we'd try for a walk-in appointment to have her new glasses fitted for her face. They were busy but the receptionist said we were more than welcome to wait or we could make an appointment for tomorrow (today). We opted to make an appointment and returned today. Absolutely loved that the same receptionist from yesterday came out to open the door for my elderly grandmother and told us that the technician was ready for her.
