horrible customer service.
I’m giving 1 star I was shocked and disappointed when I first walked into the building, I look forward to the warm comforting inviting feeling I get when I walk in. Instead I got cold uninviting dismal, I don’t care about you feeling it was horrible. No more personality’s of each of the gals no calendars so when I need to make an appointment I can look at their cute calendars and see a date. The upper management here made all the receptionists remove all their personal photos and now it looks sterile and reminds me of being sick. I liked the personal touch, it made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Please change it back
For years, decades really, I have been going to Kaiser Permanente veradale. I know all of the receptionists by their personal touches they have at their desks. From fun calendars to personal photos to silly cat memes. Well, I went to an appointment today and all the reception areas walls are bare. They are void of anything that says a human works here.
