Stephanie Han Lai DO was fantastic. Addressed all my concerns, referred me to PT and planned a follow-up appointment. I was very pleased with the appointment.
I got the good service and the staff's are nice, but only waited for nearly 3 hours. I checked-in at 3:4pm, and check-out at 7:15pm on Jul 2, 2026 after seeing the doctor.
Felicia too great care & time to ensure that I fully understood my new hearing aids, the software for managing the hearing aids, & the various accessories that accompanied my new hearing aids! I was very impressed with her attention to detail and her quest to ensure I understood her explanations!
