Very friendly support staff/nurse. They made sure I had the correct first aid supplies to take home. Dr Ghazaleh listened to my concerns and treated my wound with care. I’ve been a member of Kaiser for 43 years and plan to stay a member for as long as I can. In fact, with possible plans to leave CA, the potential loss of Kaiser membership is a huge factor in our decision!
Everytime we have to go to this ER it's at least a 4 hour wait, then they don't do anything and send us home, then we have to come back three or four more times because nothing gets done or figured out. Every time it's a huge wait. Today it's been 6 hours, still haven't brought us back. It's awful to have to depend on this place for help.
