My lab visit on Wednesday, 5-Aug-2025 in UC, was very pleasant (even if it was just a lab draw!). Starting with the efficient and fast check-in @ Reception A. It was less than a minute(!) wait before I was seen by the lab tech. JANET was very friendly and fast! She smartly kept me preoccupied while she drew the vials. I felt nothing! Janet and entire lab staff was pleasant and all smiling. Again, great representations of KP!
Dr. Pan is very thorough and knowledgeable. She explains everything in detail and makes sure you understand. I feel very confident in her.
Dr. Nitsos is a wonderful doctor, she is a wonderful listener and is great at remembering past visits and history.
