This was my annual routine check up after surgery. Assistant made sure I would be ready for exam. Dr Ding explained what she was doing. Confirmed that I was comfortable. Asked if I had any questions. Told me to continue RX. After exam she asked how I was doing (my husband recently died). She is a very compassionate doctor.
The doctors, nurses and pharmacy everything is amazing and fast. They also give a solution and actually explain how to use the medicine and show genuine care about how they enjoy their job. Going here just once saved me. I went to the Fremont Kaiser for a year and they would always tell me to make a separate appointment for everything. Other than that, I didn’t even get the solution I needed for my health. Union city Kaiser is so good!
