This particular clinic is still pretty good, but notably sketchier and busier than the other KP clinics in the area. I'd suggest looking into some of the others and avoiding this one if possible. I only had to come here once because my normal clinic doesn't have the full lab capability.
Angie, (maybe Angela Mayer?) the Advice Nurse, was instrumental in my care last week. She was the person who was the liaison between my plastic surgeon and me when I was having an urgent medical situation. She kept me in the loop and kept calling me back with updates and requests to send photos of my condition. It was because of Angie that my surgery was moved from 12/9 to 12/5, which saved me from infection and allowed me to recover earlier from what was happening. She is an angel on earth and I'm so grateful to her!
My experience at Kaiser located in Tyson Va has been nothing short of amazing. There isn't any moment of my treatment that wasnt GREAT... its been 7 long months and I can honestly say starting with Dr. Ergener he's an amazing doctor. He is thorough in details, he is never hurried and always always make sure that I understood everything. His famous words on each visit would be..what questions do I have for him today. This place has gone from bad to worse. The Kaiser of old is gone and whatever management company has taken over sucks. DO BETTER. Kaiser use to be great for everyone now its just a sad shell of its old self. Money is the name of the game and im sure its always been not so obvious like now. Poor Drs are overworked and understaffed. Please realize ppl schedule their lives around Dr's appointments and when you run late our whole day, gets thrown off. I had eye surgery today and Dr. Gandhi and his team provided absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. Every person who cared for me did a very professional job. Kaiser Permanente is top notch!
