I had an excellent experience with both the mammography and ultrasound technicians. They were incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and compassionate throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine care and respect. Their kindness and professionalism made a stressful appointment much easier. Malpractice at its highest, getting referred to doctors who have nothing to do with why you visited Kaiser, misdiagnosed from the beginning and doctors acting high and mighty and not even listening to the patients point of view. They are so incompetent which makes me wonder whether they are really qualified. conflicting prescriptions and who cares attitude of the staff. It’s just business for them. My question is where is the care
All the outpatient staff are such nice empathetic people. It starts at check in and ends when they send you home. All nurses and Dr. Kinney are excellent. The Anesthesiologist took her time explaining my options step by step. Everyone greeting with a smile. Great communication.
