I wasn’t feeling well and made the mistake of going into Kaiser Permanente TownPark Comprehensive Center Urgent Care. The nurse literally told me within 5 minutes that they could not help me. They didn’t even check my vital signs. I left crying and subsequently went to WellStar Emergency, where I was able to get IV fluids and medication. It seems it’s impossible to speak to a person in the pharmacy. The automated menu keeps sending you back to the previous menu so if you can’t get help from the automated menu then you’re out of luck. I apparently have to drive 30 minutes each way to ask a 30 second question.
