If I schedule an appointment for a vaccine, and show up early to check in, I expect to have a shot in my arm within a reasonable time frame. We all have work to do and places to be, if I am expected to be punctual so are you.
If you can't keep up with your appointment schedule, then make fewer appointments. Don't have people drive all the way here and then tell them they have to wait an hour for their appointment. Totally incompetent and unprofessional
