while the service is good at this place. its impossible to get any dental appointments other than emergency. I have been trying to get just one annual x ray appointment for past 1.5 month now and every time they have absolutely nothing. if you cant even offer one x ray appointment in one year for one patient,thats pretty pathetic insurance. am I paying for nothing?
My experience with staff is pretty good. My issue is actually booking an appointment. They moved my son from pediatric to general dentistry. Which is fine if they would have notified me (he just turned 11.) he’s due for exam, x-rays and cleaning. Because of that they have hard time finding an appointment for him and they won’t break it up into 2 appointments. They said they are booked for several months and that I have to keep calling everyday and that it could take months to book and that’s what they are telling everyone.
Victor and Dr. Hughes extracted 5 of my teeth and did an outstanding job. I felt comfortable and assured during the whole process thanks to them!
Ashleen my Hygenist was INCREDIBLE!!!! She was sensitive to my teeth sensitivity and anxiety. She was kind, gentle and very thorough. I am deeply thankful for her.
