The staff at the KP Tanasbourne dental office were exceptional. From the front desk personnel to the dental assistant who conducted my x-rays, as well as the dental hygienist (Lauren Pape) and the dentist (Dr. Kao), everyone was commendable. The dental assistant, whose name I regretfully cannot recall, was remarkably gentle while taking x-rays of my teeth. Denied preventative care, denied even getting an appointment. Denied a refund of any of the monthly charges for no service. This deportment corrupt and should be investigated.
As a recent Portland transplant from LA this is the most thorough dental apt I’ve ever had. I don’t love going to the dentist, however I’m not willing to risk dental health. X-rays, cleaning, and a plan with specific habits/tricks to improve. Bonus points for a tooth filling apt availability 2 days later! Thank you Alicia and the cool Iranian lady (sorry I dont remember your name )
Dr. Vu and Leah were amazing. They were comforting and patient with my daughter throughout the entire tooth extraction process. They answered all of our questions thoughtfully and seemed to enjoy the line of work they chose. It was a wonderful visit.
