⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It was our first time visiting the Sylmar location, and Stacy made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She kindly helped us check in using the kiosk, and her Renaissance costume — complete with a dragon! — was such a fun touch. The entire facility is clean, quiet, and relaxing, with plenty of convenient parking. Even the restrooms were spotless. This is a really nice Kaiser location overall — all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.
Great experience. Very supportive and caring. Dr. Marsh is exceptional, he makes everything easier.
