I accompanied a family member for a day surgery. I was impressed by their friendliness and humor to help make everything comfortable. Parking was easily and central to the main hospital and clinics. A number system is in place upon check-in to keep it fair and organized. I know that most hospitals have implemented the "text" system to provide patient updates with surgery, but it really does work well. There is also a screen providing updates in the waiting room. Waiting room was comfortable and clean.
I'm absolutely the best service and patient care.
A organized system that made it easy for me to get to where my appointment was. Didn't have to wait long even though I was actually early. The ultrasound on my arm was painless a relaxing as well. There are 2 TriMet busses (155 & 156) that you can take to and from Clackamas TC to here.
