The Medical System is a money scheme. They lack Customer Service Skills have caused my issues to worsen due to lack of attention and refusal to give referrals to specialists. In my experience, they experiment on people and treat patients like a science experiment rather than a person needing care. Overall, Terrible Customer Service.
Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Minimal wait time.

I’ve been a long-time Kaiser Permanente member, but my recent visit to Sunnybrook Medical Office was very disappointing. I had a 4:30 appointment on September 10th and arrived around 4:20 to check in. The front desk staff member, Amy, was extremely unfriendly, dismissive, and unprofessional. She told me (without checking the computer or making a call) that my appointment was delayed by 45 minutes, gave no explanation, and spoke in a very arrogant tone.
