No privacy when getting your prescriptions at the new built hospital. All the chairs are also faced towards people getting their prescriptions so makes its everyone's bussiness. Especially when the doctors behind the counter are so loud. Everything echoes.
Horrible service.. waited almost 3 hours. After i was taken to the room to wait for dr i still had to wait another 20 mins. Horrible service. When i came here almost no one is here. Slow slow staff... Kaiser either needs more staff or staff needs to work a bit faster.
