My Kaiser Experience Today’s visit at Stonecrest was the most excellent service I’ve had in my life. I love Kaiser Permanente and am a new member. I was warmly greeted and assisted by Ms. Dee with Security who checked me in for lab and my appointment and further greeted with a welcome bag by Ms. Lori, PRA. Dr. Edwards was very thorough as were the nurses providing care. Rhonda took good care of me in X-ray as well as the lab techs (Kim and Shanelle) and pharmacy. I came in with Migraine. Ira, the LPN was extremely caring, compassionate, patient and professional. She exceeds expectations of excellence!! Detail oriented! She made me feel better before medication kicked in. Lori, clerk was helpful. Dr Harden is truly caring and personable. Great team; especially when youre not feeling well. They treat you with much Love, care, and friendly smiles from the greeter with a warm friendly welcome by Lori then the check in by great friendly nurses and best Doctors in the Kaiser System specially Dr Harden they trive in excellence in treating all their patients to the fullest satisfaction..
