On Monday afternoon, my family member needed blood test a incident happened in the laboratory in front of patients. This employee Kodjo yelling at a female employee in an unprofessional manner that was disrespectful. During the interaction kodjo stated to her that she was “lucky” he did not disrespect her and told her to do her job. His behavior created an uncomfortable experience for me and my family member.

I had a very frustrating experience at Kaiser Permanente. On April 7, I went in for a medication refill, but was refused because my insurance was not active. Strangely, the lab still proceeded with my tests that same day. Months later, I received a bill for $88. When I called to get clarification, I spoke with two different representatives who were both rude and dismissive. They were unable to answer my questions or provide any real help.
