Internal medicine was wonderful the lab was great pharmacy was awesome however sitting in OBGYN in pain after the pharmacy would not approve my lidocaine patches or anything for pain made things very difficult and made me extremely short tempered
Yiran Xu is amazing! I would highly recommend her. She doesn’t treat you just like a patient. She talks to you like a friend and educates you on a healthy path going forward also she is quick to answer her emails and always so helpful. She’s a great doctor and Kaiser is very lucky to have her!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Kaiser Permanente. The biggest issue is access to care. When you actually need to see your primary care doctor, it can take months to get an appointment. For a healthcare organization, that is unacceptable. I also receive frequent reminders and messages encouraging me to complete various tests and screenings, but when I need help for an actual medical concern, it is incredibly difficult to get timely care.
