Dr. Glasgow was a pleasure to work with. I do not like visiting doctors or healthcare facilities, but Dr. Glasgow made me feel like she genuinely cared and she communicated with me very well. She also clearly communicated what I should expect as far as charges are concerned based on my specific insurance plan. Most doctors don’t take the time to do that.
The doctors and staff are always very welcoming and knowledgeable. My doctor always goes through my health history and is very supportive about managing my type 2 diabetes, never judgmental. I feel I have had a good partnership working with my doctor for a long time and will continue being a Kaiser member to maintain this in the future.
