When I left my primary care, they said the medication should be ready to pick up. When I get to Kaiser Pharmacy here in Snellville, I had to wait more than an hour to grab my medication for headache. What kind of system is that where ur sick and have to wait to get medication that was suppose to already ready to go.
The physician I saw was attentive to all of my medical questions and concerns. She was informative and timely with her recommendations and solutions for my issues at the time. Customer service was top notched and served with a smile. I will see her again.
