I got a cancelation by text message 2 hrs before my scheduled appointment. It took a MONTH to get this appointment and the next available they tried to reschedule me for isn't for another MONTH. I ought to charge you a cancelation fee. Lord knows y'all would if roles were reversed. We pay over $900/mo for this Kaiser insurance and I'll be damned we get treated this way. Absolutely Outrageous. Reason for Canceling: " doctor is out of the office."
