Unusually quick PA was very knowledgeable and attentive
A provider that genuinely cares and listens to her patients. Dr Mindy Fairbanks is a great provider. KP is lucky to have her. Now, It can take awhile to get in to see her due to backlogs but she is well worth the wait to get into see her. I just love her and her MA jericha (sp) ❤️
I went to Silverdale Kiaser today for an annual appointment. My nurse was very friendly and through. My doctor is the best. He went over several items. We discussed things that i can do to get off some of my medications. He said lets do a video meeting in a month to see how I am doing with the changes. He makes me feel like I'm his only patient. His name is Dr. Joel Martin.
From the moment I walked in the door at Silverdale Kaiser Urgent Care On Saturday afternoon. I felt like I was well taken care of and taken right back to triage. I have an anxiety with the Big BP machine and ask if the nurse could take my BP with a manual one, she was extremely sweet and told me it blood pressure with ease, she made me totally at ease too! I felt that the PA I saw at Kaiser that day was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. I also felt she listened to me without making me feel hurried. The nurse that took my vitals before I saw the PA wrote down every concern and question I wanted to ask. I was also told about how much time I had to wait in the office before I would be seen. That is all I ask when an appointment is running late ( to be informed is important to me. )
