This person should not be practicing medicine. There was only one referral option “head and neck” i’ve been dealing with chronic headaches and neck pain for years and have been to kaiser dozens of times with no help. Since this was a referral I thought I would actually get help this time. “Dr” sawyer was incredibly rude, unhelpful, disrespectful in her tone and body language and made me extremely uncomfortable and basically said she can’t help me.
