It is ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL that a patient calls ready to detox and join a program only to have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment! There’s a good chance that when the 14 days is over, the patient will have changed their mind and not follow through. Good job Kaiser you suck.
I will always be grateful for the support I received at the facility on round barn. There were/are amazing individuals who work there, and are the pillar of behavioral health. I miss them, specially Mary D.(PsyD) Katie S.(PsyD) Tina M. (MFT), and Dr. Christine Bilbrey. Hope they all are doing well.
personally i can only speak for my experience with the psychiatry side of this facility, but so far my experience over the past 2 years has been nothing but positive. as a transgender teen, homeboy Todd Disney is someone that i can't recommend enough. hope to stick with this facility for many more years to come.
