In all honesty and as I have commented before, I have never (knocking on wood) had a bad experience there or at any Kaiser Hospital. Everyone is always upbeat, smiling and I have always had the impression that everyone genuinely cares about our welfare and health.
Dr. Pettibone answered my questions and addressed my concerns very thoroughly, with wit and care. I’m so glad to have such a knowledgeable doctor!
