Efficient, quick check-in. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Dr. Romero was very patient, professional and took his time to listen and address all my questions. Very impressed with level of service and bedside manner.
I was very nervous it was my first time having a male gynecologist especially being a plus size girl. He made me feel seen and heard he was kind and funny and both him and his very lovely nurse put me at ease and explained everything. I was blown away by his bed side manner and so very happy with him and his team.
Dr. Manfredi is very competent, professional and caring. Her compassion and concern for my well being are always present whether we talk through email or have an in person visit.
Dr. Williams was excellent, very focused and kind. He made the procedure as easy as possible and he calmed my anxiousness greatly.
The entire procedure was done courteously and professionally. The young man who took the images and greeted me was welcoming and attentive and had a sense of humor. Smooth visit, done professionally.
