I'm privileged to have Dr. Arlin Chin as my primary Kaiser physician. He is extremely knowledgeable concerning every medical issue I've presented. Dr. Chin is always fully informed of my medical history and test results. He explains medical issues in ways that are accurate, clear, and understandable. He is always personable and cordial, and really listens to his patient. I cannot ask for more.

Great experience with Sam F. at Kaiser. TERRIFIC PT experience -- he asked great questions, he listened, he explained, and he made sure I understood. I highly recommend him!

My mother came to this hospital 3 times in 3 weeks for her symptoms only to be sent home told to ride it out. I asked every single time to do a test other than a dang CT scan. No one would listen cause iM nOt A dOcToR. so come to find out she has a diagnosis and a reason for her symptoms finally on her 4th visit im sure hundreds of thousands of dollars later now we know but it took her going to a different hospital for a doctor and nurse to FINALLY listen. so now I will be reporting that this hospital had a delay in care did... read more
