Wait time was surprisingly short, friendly nurses and staff! Overall great experience!
The nursing staff was amazing. They kept me informed and made me feel like an actual person and not just a number like other places I’ve been. Had to wait a bit but I didn’t mind considering I walked in and didn’t make an appointment.
This is my alternative Kaiser Urgent Care and hospital other than the one in Panorama City and in Sunset. The place is not so crowded and clean. I love the staffs, caregivers too.
Came in at 11:00 am did not go back to the room to see the doctor until 2:00 ish. Once back there I still waited an addition 45mins to 1hr due to the doctor, Dr. Williams in urgent care having full on appointments with the patients as if he is their PCP. It’s great to give detailed information to the patients but we are all sick and in pain here. I am always pleased with the service and care. Last week I was experiencing a pain from a fall onto my chest. Of course in triage they took care of me right away and sent me to exray then directly to a room to await results which came within minutes s. Had bruised cartilage in my sternum. Thank you !!
